- Yield: 6 + popsicles
- 3 large mangoes
- 400 mL can of organic coconut cream
- 1/2 fresh lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp. raw agave (optional)
- Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed until smooth.
- Pour into the popsicle moulds and gently insert a wooden popsicle stick into each one.
- Place in the freezer to set. They should take around 2 hours before they are ready to eat.
- To remove the popsicle from the mould, run each one under warm water.
